Thank you for shopping with GlowHaul. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–12 business days): $8.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $70 and over
- Express Shipping (3–7 business days): $15.00

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or DHL with calculated rates at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost, contact us at hello@glowhaul.co and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.
- We ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping only.
