Our Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your GlowHaul purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Opened skincare, makeup, or personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, email us at hello@glowhaul.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email hello@glowhaul.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email hello@glowhaul.co.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened beauty and skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@glowhaul.co.
