How long does shipping take?

All GlowHaul orders ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All of our products are carefully selected with skin safety in mind. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at hello@glowhaul.co if you need to make a change.
