How long does shipping take?

GlowHaul orders are processed in 1–3 business days and ship from a U.S. warehouse. Standard delivery then takes 5–12 business days; Express takes 3–7. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that it's $8.00, and Express shipping is $15.00.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup and personal-care products can't be returned — unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we replace it or refund you in full. Email hello@glowhaul.co with your order number to start a return.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All of our products are carefully selected with skin safety in mind. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at hello@glowhaul.co if you need to make a change.
