Our Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from GlowHaul. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@glowhaul.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@glowhaul.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
